First and foremost - life is far too short to be misrable. I know - been there done that. My advice - quit your job and work somewhere else. It is clear from things you have said that it isn't really the place for you. Sure it may mean a lower paying job - maybe doing something else that isn't perfect but I think you need to get away. Cut and past the following text into your word processor. Print it out in the font size of your choosing and glue (yes glue) it on your bathroom mirror.
