'The Mist'
Okay. I'm not a big gore-movie fan, but I do love horror films, when I can get past the splattery bits. And 'The Mist was one of my favorite Stephen King stories, so I had to go see it.
Oh, wow. That was like watching a Foreign Art film throw up into the Twilight Zone.
And I mean that in the best possible way. I loved it. It was deeply, deeply disturbing, in a way that I would never expect in a mainstream movie, and it was creepy and horrifying and I feel a very strong need to turn on all the lights and watch an animated movie with dancing, talking animals, but damn am I glad I went to see it.
