Small Victories
Happiness is coming out of work at 5:30pm and finding the sun still visible. Not high in the sky, true, but still present enough to let me see my car, and not have to turn on the dome light to fumble with my GPS.
Hear that, winter? You may still hold my corner of the world in your icy, damp, bleak fist, but your days are numbered, and it's starting to show....
