I LOVED the opening number! And I am totally going to see The Book of Mormon when it comes to Boston.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who was completely and utterly underwhelmed by the Spiderman song. So many people have been making fun of that musical that I wanted to like it - I really did. I wanted it to be The Lion King or Les Mis all over again - big and fabulous and artistic and Worth The Wait, with great, great music. And that number, at least, just . . . wasn't. Wasn't anything.

And Daniel Radcliffe was very carefully taught, but he's no Robert Morse - or Matthew Broderick, for that matter . . . both of whom showed up to introduce him - how cool was that?

And when I'm 80, I want to be JUST like Angela Lansbury.
