I _like_ the staff at our local Sprint MegaSuperStore - they've been great every time I've been in. Which, unfortunately, with the phone upgrade this spring was rather a lot the first month (once the phone was traded out the second time, it's been golden since).

You might want to see if y'all qualify for a discount with Sprint (work related?). We've got one courtesy of Daniel's workplace, but didn't require any specific ID (AFAIK), and we were able to get it thru the store (hey, 23% isn't anything to sneeze at!)
