Counting My Blessings
Seven years.
Seven years, and it feels like a lifetime, and it feels like no time at all.
Seven years today I've been your wife, and another eight before that as your fiancee, your girlfriend, and how many before that your friend? I can't remember a time when you didn't help define the shape of my world, and I don't ever want to.
"I love you" doesn't seem big enough to hold everything I feel, and mean everything that I want to say. My life is better because of you. I am better because of you.
