I had a longhair for almost 20 years. She should probably have died several times over, and was crazy, to boot. She actually looked a lot like Moxie, only without the mooshed-in face. Poor thinng just *could not* keep her fur clean without swallowing 2/3 of her own fur, so we had to get her cut at the beginning of summer, so by winter, she had grown back enough fur to be warm. She, also, hated that lion cut, though the *worst* was this woman in CA who yanked about an eighth of an inch amount of fur from her forehead and pulled it into that stupid bow at the front. I had to chase the cat around the bedroom for 25 minutes to get it out, after which she calmed right down.

I'm kind of sad that we didn't get to see your kitties the other Sunday. Scritch them for me?
