Get that rest you need. Now that you have an idea of how this instructor functions, you can set different expectations and focus on what *you* want to get out of the class. And if she isn't giving you want you need from it, demand it from her. You are paying for the class and have every right to expect her to pay attention to her students and not her phone. (I may have strong feelings about people doing the jobs they are paid to do.)
