I bought a backpack at the Salvation Army a couple of weeks ago, and it had a laptop wireless card hidden in one of the inside pockets. That was a nice bonus.

They wash clothes at Goodwill, though, so stuff in pockets is less likely... Books are a better place to look for random weirdness.
