Memo To Myself

Dear Brain:

You can either
A: Whine incessantly at me about how overweight we are, or
B: Whine incessantly at me about how annoying it is that our new Size 2 jeans don't fit because they're too baggy at the waist.

Choose one. You don't get to have it both ways; they just don't share a reality. And the jeans are a lot more objective.

I don't know about you, but I'm going to go put on a tight sweater and some lipgloss and enjoy a Good Hair Day while it's happening.

Nah, it's OK. Don't even go there. I'm mildly insecure about my weight, that's all. (: Even though I know that a good chunk of it is muscle at this point.

Oh. And. Since I have never seen you with extra weight, I will just say that I have always thought you look great and leave it at that. (:
