Predictions From the Grassy Knoll

Okay. I still love this show, and I'm usually the last to cry 'conspiracy theory!' But I lost the ability to believe that dance styles were randomly drawn from a mystical hat last season, and while I don't believe that the end results are rigged, this season the judges' blatant attempts at manipulation have progressed to the point of absurdity.

(For the record, I don't vote. As enjoyable as the show is, I prefer to watch it as an observer rather than a participant.)

Anyway, here are my (only half joking) predictions for tonight's numbers:

Brandon & Evan - contemporary, possibly by Mia Michaels. Something that never puts them within 5 feet of each other (so no one will realize that they're nearly the same height), and involves one-armed pushups to show off Brandon's muscles.

Brandon and Jeanine - Jazz

Brandon and Kayla - either tango or a Wade Robson piece

Evan and Jeanine - mambo

Evan and Kayla - Israeli folk dance

Kayla and Jeanine - Napoleon and Tabitha candy-coated hip-hop. Dressed up as puppies, or wearing giant lollipops.
