You might ding me for this not being an officially recognized cuisine, but I have to answer with Thankgsiving food.
I think of it as a cuisine, in that there are a spectrum of standard food items that are included in it that are related and go together, and it's absolutely my favorite class of food, both to cook and to eat.
Turkey, and stuffing, and mashed potatoes, and green beans, and cranberry sauce, and desserts made with pumpkin and apple, and just about anything else that can even vaguely fit under the umbrella of the holiday.
