Lair of the Lost Girl

Now I'm not a fan of snakes - in fact I hate them and they scare me. However I do actually like reptile exhibits in general. JMac and I were at a roadside snake farm north of San Antonio TX a few years back and we were watching an apparantly blindish milk snake attempt to eat a mouse. The mouse was suitably terrified of course - the snake would hunt and strike a couple inches to either side of the poor dear. Eventually the mouse realized that the snake was no real threat and it settled into some serious grooming. We came back a while later and the snake had eaten the mouse. I don't know if it got lucky or a handler helped or if the mouse just died of boredom.
