So in a little less than an hour I'll be heading out for a professional conference in Baltimore. For the vast and overwhelming majority of those of you reading this, that means I won't see you for the better part of a week. Actually, thinking about numbers, I don't actually see the majority of you on a weekly basis anyway, but you know what I mean. See me, see my words, something like that. Honestly, my words are far more entertaining than me, though admittedly less likely to start spontaneously dancing.

Wow. Somehow I think I really didn't get enough sleep last night. Anyway. Me. Baltimore. Lecture halls and learning how to be a better doctor. Not so much computer access. You, mostly not-Baltimore. Miss y'all, miss chatting, be back Thursday. Have fun in the meantime.

I have to go, now. I still have packing to finish, and my cat is stuffing furniture lint up his nose and must be stopped. Seriously.

This is just going to be one of those days, I can tell....
