Zip-a-dee-doo-dah!
Aug. 7th, 2004 12:37 amIt's very, very late. I am extraordinarily tired, and I can't honestly explain why I'm still awake. My incredibly lousydamn schedule has me working 120 hours in two weeks, including back-to-back 15 hour days. My shoulders are sore, my mind is empty, and my social calendar is bleak.
And none of this can possibly bother me right now, because...
They're opening a Penzey's Spices store in Boston!!!
(as someone responsible for at least a dozen postcards in their "Get a Penzey's in Your Town" contest, I feel that I have the right to gloat at least a tiny bit.)
My heart is almost as light as my wallet will be. Pardon me, please, while I do the Happy 'Sprite Victory Dance of Joy.
