Still Alive; Still Ouchy
Feb. 13th, 2007 04:14 pmSorry I haven't been around much online for the past several days; it seems the twinge in my back that had me laid-out Friday was much worse than I thought. In spite of repeated trips to the chiropractor and one visit to the emergency room, I'm still pretty incapacitated.
Strict bedrest always sounds much more fun than it is. I've burned through about half of my to-read pile, and most of season 2 of Lost, and I'm starting to reach a level of boredom that is nigh-pathological.
Unfortunately, not being able to sit up for more than 10-15 minutes is making it very, very hard to keep up with email or LJ - work email takes priority, leaving me with maybe 5 minutes a day for the rest of my computing. So I'm way far behind. If any of you have posts you really, really think I should read, let me know, otherwise I might not see them at all. And if I owe you email, I apologize - it might be a while before I get the chance to write.
And by the way I'm feeling right now, I can tell it's time for me to stop writing and lie back down. What fun....
