Jan. 2nd, 2008 05:38 pmIt's a new year. New Year's Eve was fun and low-key; New Year's Day was a celebration and a delight. We have a house guest that I'm thoroughly enjoying, and things are going.... okay.
At the same time, I've got a lot on my plate and I'm going through a heck of a lot of emotional turmoil right now. Work is being challenging, a lot of family history is coming to the forefront, and I've got a lot of projects on my plate.
There are a lot of things I want to write about here, but right now the thought of having to do *anything* is a little intimidating. So I'm sorry, dear readers, but I'm going to be a bit quiet for now. Maybe just for a moment, maybe for a few days, but I need to take care of myself for the moment.
I promise to write more once my head is in a proper space....
