Today is my day off. I have an appointment scheduled, and I have chores to do and errands to run, and people to spend time with, but right now - this very minute - I don't have anything in particular that needs doing.
So I should be working out. I've spent the past few months almost exclusively running, and while I still want to finish the last couple of weeks of Couch-to-5K, I've honestly been looking forward like crazy to being able to make time for yoga and circuit training and strength training again. And I've got time this morning, and I've only worked out twice this week, and I'm not going to have time this weekend.
So I should get up off my lazy backside and pop in a DVD and start moving. Except I'm sleepy still, and my head feels like it's full of cotton balls, and it's so comfy here on the sofa with my tea and I have an afghan to finish and last night's episode of Top Model to watch and... yeah.
Not working out today. I have tango class tonight, that'll have to count as my exercise. Maybe I'll get up early and fit it in tomorrow instead.....
