Checking In

umbran. Neither of us were anywhere near the danger zone, and I, at least, was blissfully unaware of any goings-on until a friend from Indiana texted me in a worry.
(For those not watching the news, apparently there were some nasty explosions at the Boston marathon. Reports are still coming in.)
Hoping that the rest of my friends are safe and unharmed, that the casualties are limited, and that they find out what the hell happened. I'm still a little shaky and heebie-jeebied just from the almost-brush-with-danger, even though I wasn't there....
