I think my second post in That Newsgroup (almost ten years ago) was in response to you. You accidentally made a public post out of something you'd intended as a private e-mail -- and were apparently, by turns, horrified at the faux pas and gratified at the supportive responses from various folks.
I also remember misplacing the photographs of you I intended to scan in for a GoodWench calendar at one point -- I think your icon for this post is from the same set of pictures. Still haven't found the prints you sent me; but I still have some unpacked boxes in storage :>
