After a week of hunting, several hours of stitching and cursing, three injured fingers, and one destroyed wooden spoon, my beautiful creation is at last complete!
(Yes, pictures will appear eventually, after the costume has made its debut at a certain birthday celebration next weekend. In this situation, my not-insignificant pride at finally making a costume of my very own is likely to overwhelm my severe aversion to cameras.....)
