On the one hand, I agree with you about the "Little Ho Peep" look. On the other... dammit, my parents used to say the same thing about the clothes *I* wore in high school! Are we turning into our parents in our old age?
On the third hand, a 6-year-old wearing a shirt that says "I'm Too Sexy" is DEFINITELY inappropriate -- and I blame the parents, because you know she didn't buy it herself.
