We had shrimp for dinner last night too. new_man made a curried rice thing with shrimp & raisins & pistachios all simmered in coconut milk. And it was all pantry ingredients, except the shrimp which had been in the freezer.
I have the recently reprinted 1953 BH&G cookbook and I'm dying to try it out. Oh so retro.
