Because I want to post something positive here....

Plane tickets for OVFF have been purchased, and we will most definitely be there! We still need to work out hotel arrangements, but come hell or high water I *will* make it to that con, and I will see my friends, and it will be good.....

coolness! glad to help! she's got so bloody many it's hard to keep track, anyway. *grin* see you soon!!! and if you guys need a ride from the airport to the hotel (and vice versa) or around town while you're here, I can probably arrange something.
