Stress doesn't flush out of the system quickly or cleanly, I'm sorry to say. Exercise, meditation, hot water in various mounts (tea, shower, hot tub) and happy distractions (games, baking, crafts with bright colors) are all my good things for unneeded anxiety. Well, and Xanax.
