In particular? There's a bare-eyed cockatoo named Bob who lives at one of the clinics where I work. He has fallen in love with me, and will sit on my shoulder throughout the day and babytalk to me and try to feed me. He's just charming and sweet beyond compare. (Apologies to my own snake; he's cool and mine and I love him, but Bob is just awesome.)
In general? I'm inordinately fond of turtles. There's something just delightful about stoic little walking rocks.
