I know, intellectually, that it's entirely acceptable for me to go to Whole Foods dressed in yoga pants and a tank top, but somehow it still feels inappropriate - like I'm going out in public in my pajamas, or my underwear. I'm not quite sure why, other than the fact that it seems somehow too comfy. Like wearing actual clothing should be slightly more awkward, or take slightly more effort. Inch by inch, though, I will overcome my compulsive need to overdress.

In other news, walking the mile and a half or so to Whole Foods and back felt subtly odd this morning. Not bad, just.... a little lonely, and surprisingly short. I think it's going to take a little while to settle back into reality....
