Still Going

ladyspriteToday was not a good day.
I know I'm doing well overall; I can at least recognize that it's just one day, and do my best to move on from here and hope that tomorrow, or next week, or next month will be better. I can even be aware of the fact that, objectively speaking, my world is just fine and there's nothing seriously wrong enough to merit this level of upset. I know that there are good things in the world, and in my life.
But none of that changes the fact that today was just, in nearly every possible way, Not A Good Day.
