My thoughts always go along the lines of, "you know how many vitamins and minerals the RDA tells us we need? Well, pile up all the food it would take to provide that RDA naturally, with no additives. Then calculate the number of calories in that pile. Then calculate how much exercise you'd have to get to burn that many calories. That shows exactly the type of lifestyle human beings were designed to live."
