I took a year of ballroom in college, which included the basics for East Coast swing and jive (along with waltz, foxtrot, tango, cha cha, two step, mambo, rumba... I think that's it.)
I've likely forgotten everything, but I used to be a reasonably good follower, and getting back into it would be fun.
