Good for getting ready - and *VERY* good on you for pausing and remembering why you're feeling frazzled. A lot of pains are easier when recognized and measured. One day, a friend needed help moving, and it was *pouring* rain. It was horrible. But I could remind myself that I wouldn't make the remaining four people work in that rain one fourth again as long to make up for my help. It made it more bearable.

And just giving yourself permission to be frazzled, to remind yourself, you're not weak or whiny, just *wow* busy - can also be a wonderful thing.
