Realizations Upon Unpacking

It has been far, far too long since I have seen Tempest in concert.

It has, in fact, been far too long since I've been to any concert in a venue larger than the local jazz restaurant - something big enough to stand up and dance in your row, and have your ears overwhelmed with the music, and sing along without the fear that anyone more than two seats away will be able to hear you. I think the last honest-to-god concert I've been to was Billy Joel and Elton John, and that was *years* ago.

I clearly need to listen to more Tempest, and I'm nearly devoted enough to drive out to Ohio to see them live. But in the meantime, I need to get to a concert, and a loud and danceable one, darn soon....

Well, they usually come in the spring, which gives you plenty of time to plan. And if you decide to come, I can offer you crash space....

If you decide to see Tempest in Ohio, I would dearly love to join you for the concert. I had a fabulous time when we saw them together before.
