Although it doesn't help me on my cookbook-use mission, it is worth noting that leftover peanut brittle makes a truly awesome addition to homemade chocolate chip cookies.

Yes. It is also very good on vanilla ice cream and then all topped with chocolate syrup. You can also just use plain salted peanuts and then top it all with chocolate syrup. YUMMY!
