It's time to play 'Where's Ladysprite Now!'

Next Sunday and Monday - April 25 and 26 - I'll be performing in the Boston Babydolls show, French Kiss, at Club Oberon. It looks like it's going to be a fun show, and I'm excited to finally be able to dance with my slithery partner again after his extended foray into I'd-rather-bite-you-than-dance-land. Earlier this weekend, on Saturday the 24th, tpau and I will be hosting a bake sale, crafts fair, raffle and auction at Camelot Cohousing at 69 Village Court in Berlin. This is a fundraiser for our participation in the 3 Day Walk, and I'm really looking forward to it.

Details are available here, and I do hope that you all come if at all possible - even if it's just to drop by for a few minutes and buy a cupcake. Every little bit helps. Spread the word if you can, too; the more people that show up, the better.

If, for some reason, though, you can't make it, we are pre-selling raffle tickets - details are here, just leave a comment here or there to let me know.

IOU some yarn -- how can I get it to you?

Also, I'll knit a pair of socks (standard crew/mid-calf length) custom-fit to the recipient's feet. Either from yarn the lucky winner provides or from what I've got in my stash -- in which case they tell me what colour palette they want and whether they want wool or wool/cotton blend and I use what I've got that's closest to that. Delivery will be 4 - 6 weeks from getting the size and yarn choice details.

Dunno how you want to write that up, but that's the basic offer.

Hm. I'm rehearsing most days this week; if you don't mind driving, umbran will be home in the evenings, and will happily accept the yarn, otherwise.... I could pick it up from you Friday.

As for the socks, I'll just write up what you said and print it out on a pretty pink piece of paper, to be handed off to the recipient. :)

I could offer one of my necklaces, recipient provides proof of donation and I mail necklace, but the fibro is flaring so badly that just getting a picture or three taken is out of reach. Dammit, dammit, dammit.
