Although it's more an homage than an accidentally-awful movie, I have to go with The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra.

It's brilliant. It's amazing. It's so far over the top that it's outside the atmosphere. And it's made with so much love and enthusiasm that I can't help but feel that same love and enthusiasm myself.

Plus, it's in my top-five quotable movies of all time....
