Abilities: Grants Wearers the Following Powers -
+2 to all Medicine and Healing checks, +2 to all die rolls on Cure spells
Cause Fear in a 10' radius on all Monsters
Charm Person on all humanoids
+1 to all reaction rolls

Weaknesses:
cannot use with other armor (with the exception of magic gauntlet)
-4 to all saving throws versus acid, Color Spray, and Tasha's Uncontrollable Hideous Bodily Fluids

Requirements for Use:
Character must be humanoid, and a cleric of 4th level or higher to make use of this item's powers
