Date: 2011-09-14 02:07 am (UTC)1) Listen to me, and talk to me. This sounds simple, but it's rarer than I had originally thought. Paying attention, instead of just talking at someone, is a rare trait.
2) Be passionate about something, and share that excitement and joy with me. Enthusiasm is something I value more than almost anything else.
3) Be creative. Musician, storyteller, artist - and make something for me with those skills. It doesn't need to be huge or fancy, but writing a story for me, or drawing a picture, or playing a song, that I know is mine, will utterly melt me.
4) Protect me and be kind to me. I never knew quite what it felt like to be safe, so someone who can give me that stands out like a ray of sunshine.
5) Be an incredible kisser. Don't know if I need to go into more detail on this.
