ladyspriteSo I'm listening to WERS's Saturday morning Broadway radio show, and I realized something.
A revival of 'The Wiz,' with modern hip-hop, stepping, and pop-and-lock dance, would almost certainly be completely epic. You wouldn't need to change much of anything else; the music is pretty close to the roots of R&B, and the rhythms are all there....
I want to see this, now.
